The terms on which you use the Burrata Italia website and the information it carries.
By using this site you accept these terms. The site is operated by Burrata Italia d.o.o., Ulica i broj 1, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosna i Hercegovina.
1. What this site is for
The site presents the restaurant, its menu and opening hours, and lets you send a reservation request. It is not an online ordering or payment system.
2. Menu, prices and availability
We work to keep the menu accurate, but please note:
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Availability follows the season and the day's shopping; a dish marked sold out is not being served that day.
Photographs of dishes are illustrative.
We may change the menu and prices without notice. The menu in the restaurant at the time of ordering is the one that applies.
3. Allergens and ingredients
Allergens are declared for every dish under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. Gluten, milk, eggs, nuts and other ingredients are all handled in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of any given allergen. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always tell a member of staff before ordering.
4. Intellectual property
All text, photography, the logo and the design of this site belong to Burrata Italia d.o.o. or are used with permission. You may not copy or use the content commercially without our written consent.
5. Liability
We publish content in good faith and with due care, but we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site, nor for temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes fall to the competent court for the company's registered seat.
